Hydration, sleep, exercise, nutrition in one place — and someone to make sense of it all.
You log your day manually or let your watch do it. Vito or Vita tells you in plain sentences what the numbers mean — and what would do you good today.
Launching at the end of 2026 — iPhone first, Android to follow. Let me know when it’s out ↓

Most of us have long known what would be healthy. The problem: the numbers come from everywhere — your watch, your scale, your blood work — and nobody tells you what they have to do with each other.
That's exactly where YUTHI comes in: one place for everything you do for your health — and a Coach who puts it all in context.
Below it is what's still missing today — very concretely: 250 ml of water, five minutes of sun, a few thousand steps. Tap it and you see where the number comes from. As a widget on your home screen a flower fills up alongside it — leaf by leaf, area by area.

You say what you've done, or send a photo — of your plate, a label or your lab results. Your coach logs it, explains what your values mean, builds you a weekly plan and checks in when something stands out.
Where YUTHI draws on research findings, it tells you where the information comes from. It remains context, not a diagnosis.
Lose weight, build muscle, sleep better, more energy: you choose from 16 goals what matters most to you. YUTHI turns that into a goal plan with milestones and checks every week whether you're ahead of or behind your plan.
And it keeps you in a healthy range: no weight loss below a BMI of 18.5, at most half a kilo per week, never below 1,300 calories per day (1,500 for men). If a goal would harm you, YUTHI tells you — and steps back.

Tell your Coach what you don't like and what you're allergic to. From around 1000 foods, YUTHI builds you a seven-day plan — with calories and protein that match your goal. If you like a day, you log it with one tap.

Each area tells you what to log and why. The order is the same as in the app — cycle, smoking cessation and medications only appear if they apply to you.

For each supplement, YUTHI tells you when to take it, what makes it work better, which organ it supports and where the upper limit is — with a traffic light for the evidence base. And a note on when a blood test is worth it, so you don't over-supplement.
Blood test: get your 25-OH vitamin D measured — so you know if and how much you actually need. Source in the app: EFSA 2012, DGE.

Each week gets a focus, each day a schedule: when to drink, when to move, when to go to bed. The balance shows whether exercise, fascia and flexibility are in equilibrium, and you can display your calendar appointments alongside. Sick, injured, special week? One message to the coach and the plan adjusts. Prefer to plan yourself? Then you start with an empty week.

Not everyone smokes, not everyone takes medications. That's why these areas only appear if you say so during onboarding — or switch them on yourself later.

Tell the watch “a glass of water” — logged. You start the training from your plan with one tap, and your pulse runs live. And when your head is full, you breathe with the circle for a few minutes. The blossom on the watch face shows how full your day already is — without taking the phone out of your pocket.

For Apple Watch from watchOS 10. The watch communicates with your iPhone; workouts are also saved to Apple Health.
If you choose, YUTHI reads steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, distance, workouts, weight, VO₂max and daylight from Apple Health. Fluid intake and completed workouts are written back by YUTHI. You grant each permission yourself — and can revoke it at any time.
No watch? No problem: you can log manually or tell your Coach.

YUTHI fetches data where it already lives: in Apple Health on your iPhone. Anything your watch, ring, or scale writes there, YUTHI can read — as soon as you grant access.

Steps · Heart rate · Resting heart rate · Heart rate variability · Sleep stages · Distance · Workouts · Weight
For example Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Withings or Polar. Whether your app writes there can be found in its settings.
For Oura there is also a direct connection: sleep nights with phases, readiness, HRV and resting heart rate. It starts as soon as Oura has enabled it.
YUTHI only writes two things back: amounts drunk and completed workouts.
Brand and product names belong to their respective owners. YUTHI is not affiliated with these providers — data flows through Apple Health, and with Oura also directly at a later stage.
